General Booking Terms And Conditions •Reservations: A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance paid at least 30 days before commencement of services. •Cancellations: In the event that a tour is cancelled , the following cancellation fees will apply: 25% if cancelled between 60-45 days 35% if cancelled between 45 – 26 days 50%if cancelled between 25-14 days 75% if cancelled between 13-07 days 100% if cancelled between 06 days- day of safari. •Rates: These include all expenses in respect of vehicles and drivers as per itinerary meals on safari and entrance fees to National Parks and game Reserves. •Transportation: Regular tours will be provided in 07 seater minibuses with six window seats guaranteed. Private tours will be in exclusive minibuses (or Land cruisers at an extra cost). English speaking driver- guides will be provided. The services of professional guides can be provided at an extra cost. •Accommodation: This is based on two persons sharing a twin room. Single rooms can also be provided at an extra cost as per our program. •Alteration of tours: The company reserves the right to alter arrangement or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline or accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. •Liability: The company and it’s agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotels/lodge, Accomodation, transport, etc and shall not be liable for injury, delay,loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in it’s own vehicle. All claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all part of the service. •The company will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury , expense, delay or inconvenience caused to your baggage as a result whether directly or indirectly or any matter of what ever nature is outside our control. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accident and medical expenses |
